We are looking for virtual instructors to teach enrichment classes to children and young adults up to 18 years old who have Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, Non-Traditional Learners, and other learning differences.

Instructors can create their own schedules, choose the tuition for your classes, teach classes you are passionate about and instructors earn 95% of net earnings!

At The Academy AZ, our teachers use an individualized Structured Literacy Program to help our struggling readers.

Our school is nationally accredited and we go through high school. Many students have gone on to college after completing our program. A student with dyslexia, ADHD and non traditional learners might get too frustrated with traditional school to want to continue their education. We help support them to get to their goals whether it’s college or not.

We officially have a location for the 2025-2026 school year! Happy Valley Baptist Church! And they are huge supporters of kids and education.
