Lindsey Ernst came to Creighton Phoenix in 2023 prepared to lead and serve. Now in her fourth year of medical school and preparing for residency, involvement early on helped shape the physician she aspires to become.
Serving at the Valleywise Refugee Clinic, participating in ILAC and hosting anatomy workshops for elementary students have helped Lindsey build meaningful connections with her peers and mentors while turning her passion for service into a lifelong commitment of caring for others.
“Common themes of my involvement tie in directly with my goals for my future practice: practicing as a bilingual physician, working with youth and families as a pediatrician, and working with underserved populations.”
Through each experience, Lindsey has strengthened her connection to the community and built relationships that will carry into her future in medicine.
