The Junior Golfer Pattern
This competitive junior golfer plays nicely and wants to take her game to the next level. Like many youngsters, her lower body/upper body sequence needed attention. Hitting shots off this bench immediately got her swing circle ⭕️ more organized because her legs weren’t getting in the way. She also felt power from an organized arm swing.
This exercise will be a part of her dev plan.
