Jiu jitsu is more than learning how to control a partner. It’s also learning what to do when someone else is trying to control you.

Our students spend time developing both sides of the equation: applying techniques with control and precision, while also learning how to stay calm, defend, escape, and problem solve under pressure.

Every class helps build confidence, resilience, and the ability to think through challenges one step at a time. 💪🥋

Every Tuesday & Thursday we run both Fundamentals and Advanced classes at 6:30pm 🔥

Our Fundamentals class is perfect for anyone just getting started and wanting to build a strong foundation in jiu jitsu.

Advanced class runs alongside it and is open to blue belts and above looking to sharpen technique, push the pace, and level up their game.

No matter where you’re at in your journey, there’s a place for you on the mats at Sol 🥋

Our team cares about our students’ growth both on and off the mats. Jiu jitsu is important, but so is confidence, discipline, respect, and becoming a good person outside the gym too. 🤝

Memorial Day schedule:

Normal classes will be cancelled Monday 5/25, but we’ll still be getting some rounds in!
