Massive congratulations to Ms. Santos' 2nd years for finishing their 8 week surgical rotation with 38 surgeries! You're doing great, keep it up as you get ready for externship. The 1st year students in Ms. Santos' class had a blast making a class dog skeleton as they kick off their Musculoskeletal System unit - Millie gives them an A for effort and teamwork! (yes we know it’s not anatomically correct, just a fun activity)

This week we got to work with this handsome boy who is now available for adoption at HALO Animal Rescue 🐾

Last week the vet science students had the chance to volunteer at Saint Vincent De Pauls Vaccine Clinic, providing crucial support to pets and their owners in need. What a rewarding experience for our students! 🐾

This morning in the AM Class we got to learn about an ECG (Electrocadiogram) and we got to restrain one of the dogs from this week to see how one works! This is Buck, he was great and very patient until the end of course. This was super fun to see and get to help in!
