▫️ Small hiatus in posting, but Driven Private Training has been BUSY ❗️❗️❗️ ——> in the last 6 months we have:
🔺 Added 3 new clients
🔺 Updated Policy and pricing
🔺 Acquired a full time job as a clinical exercise physiologist
◽️ My goal is to continue to educate and inform the general population on the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training to PREVENT chronic disease. And make that as convenient and accessible to you as possible!

▫️ My clients and I chase progress - not perfection.
▫️ Sometimes clients say to me, “we’re working on this AGAIN?” Or, “we’re doing how much weight?!”
🔺 Form is ever-evolving to your shape, structure, and current or future limitations. Strength and the progression of strength also depend on a variety of factors. It’s crucial that we “practice” the basics consistently to keep our tools sharp 🔪

◻️ This past year I’ve learned the importance of having a vision, having a plan, having faith.
◻️ But, I’ve also learned nothing beats taking ACTION. In business you have to move quickly, opportunities come, and then before you know it, they go. You must be decisive, and that requires attention to detail.
◻️ My goal for the remainder of the year is to be an ACTIONABLE man. A man of doing - not simply thinking.
If you think too much, you leave no time to act.
Always focused - always driven.
