🚨 INCOMING SENIORS: THIS SUMMER MATTERS 🚨
If you’re a 2027 graduate, this is one of the most important recruiting windows you’ll have.
College coaches are actively evaluating athletes, building recruiting boards, attending showcases, and identifying future recruits.
The athletes who stand out aren’t always the most talented.
They’re the ones who are visible.
They’re the ones communicating.
They’re the ones creating opportunities for coaches to find them.
That’s where I help.
As a former Division I softball player and Recruiting Advisor with College Athlete Advantage, I work one-on-one with athletes to help them navigate the recruiting process and get in front of college coaches.
🥎 Here’s what I help athletes with:
✔ Building a recruiting plan tailored to their goals
✔ Creating and optimizing their recruiting profile
✔ Identifying schools that fit academically and athletically
✔ Writing and sending effective coach emails
✔ Developing communication strategies with college coaches
✔ Creating skills videos and recruiting content
✔ Understanding camps, showcases, and visit opportunities
✔ Tracking coach engagement and interest
✔ Learning how to advocate for themselves throughout the process
Most athletes don’t need more talent.
They need a plan.
The recruiting process can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My goal is simple:
Help athletes find the right fit — academically, athletically, and personally.
🎯 If you’re an incoming senior and want to maximize your recruiting opportunities this summer, let’s connect.
📩 Send me a DM with the word “SENIOR” and let’s talk about your recruiting goals.
The right opportunity could be one conversation away. 🥎💙

🚨 Looking for a Recruiting Advisor to Join Our Team 🥎
The recruiting landscape is changing fast, and more athletes than ever need guidance navigating the process.
Because of that growth, I’m looking to bring on another recruiting advisor who is passionate about helping athletes find the right college softball opportunities.
This role is for someone who truly cares about mentorship — not just commitments.
Someone who understands that recruiting is about:
• Educating athletes and families
• Helping players target the right schools
• Building relationships with college coaches
• Teaching athletes how to advocate for themselves
The right person will:
✔ Have a strong softball background (playing or coaching)
✔ Believe in honesty and transparency in recruiting
✔ Enjoy mentoring high school athletes
✔ Want to make a real impact on athletes’ futures
Our goal has always been simple:
Help athletes find the right fit — academically, athletically, and personally.
Not the flashiest school.
The right school.
If you’re someone who loves the game and wants to help the next generation navigate the recruiting journey, I’d love to connect.
📩 Send me a message or email if you’re interested in learning more.

One of the most overlooked parts of player development isn’t another lesson, workout, or showcase…
It’s watching the game.
When athletes watch college softball with intention, they start to understand:
✅ The speed of the game
✅ How different positions are played at each level
✅ What college coaches value
✅ Communication and leadership on the field
✅ Offensive and defensive strategies
✅ The difference between levels (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO)
From a recruiting standpoint, watching games helps athletes identify programs that fit their style of play. Not every successful player looks the same, and not every program recruits the same type of athlete.
Pay attention to:
🥎 What skills stand out
🥎 How players carry themselves
🥎 Team culture and energy
🥎 Coaching styles
🥎 Offensive approaches
🥎 Defensive positioning
The athletes who learn the game often separate themselves from the athletes who only play the game.
This summer, challenge yourself to watch college softball regularly. Take notes. Study players at your position. Learn something from every game.
Information is power, and the more you understand the college game, the better prepared you’ll be when it’s your turn.

My name is Jennifer and I help softball athletes with the recruiting process. As a former D1 college outfielder and lefty slapper I had no idea where to start with the recruiting process. I spent countless hours figuring out what to say, where to send the emails, and trying to decide where I fit in the college softball world. I spent most of my senior year stressing out.
This is why I started helping girls with the recruiting process and it has been so rewarding.
Here is what I offer:
Advisement from me (Coach Jennifer Turner)
Profile on College Athlete Advantage
Player Evaluation (1 per year)
Help with Emails
Analytics report
Messaging system
Help with skills video
Help with game footage videos
Calling coaches on her behalf (as long as she is able to play there)
Camp advice & More
I use an online platform through College Athlete Advantage. The platform has over 1000 commits from high level D1 to a local JUCO

If you or your daughter is a 2026-2031 graduate or a JUCO Transfer looking to play college softball no matter what level, I would love to tell you more about what I do. More importantly, I would love to hear about your daughter’s goals and her journey so far.
Send me a message if you would like to hear more about my program

The “best” level isn’t the one with the biggest logo.
It’s the one where:
✔️ You can compete
✔️ You can develop
✔️ You can earn a degree
✔️ You feel valued
✔️ You can thrive for 4 years
I’ve seen athletes turn down D1 opportunities and have amazing careers at D2, D3, and NAIA schools.
Go where you’re wanted. Go where you fit. Go where you can become the best version of yourself.

Recruiting rarely moves in a straight line anymore.
College coaches are balancing roster spots, scholarships, transfers, and large recruiting boards all at the same time. Silence doesn’t always mean lack of interest. Timing, needs, budgets, and roster movement all play a role.
This is where teams are at now. Stay proactive, stay visible, and control what you can control.

⭐️ FAMILY REVIEW ⭐️
Helping athletes find the RIGHT fit is what this process is all about. 🥎
I’m so thankful for families who trust me to guide them through the recruiting journey — from building confidence, creating exposure, communicating with coaches, and finding the best overall fit academically, athletically, and personally.
This review means so much because recruiting can feel overwhelming at times, but no athlete or family should feel like they have to navigate it alone.
If your athlete is starting the recruiting process and needs guidance, feel free to reach out.

🚨 What Coaches Notice 🚨
It’s not always about stats.
College coaches pay attention to:
🥎 Communication
🥎 Body Language
🥎 Maturity
🥎 Competitive Energy
🥎 Leadership
How you respond, communicate, and carry yourself matters.
The little things separate recruitable athletes from everyone else.
