Happy Tuesday! Some of you have asked about my recent hospital visit and I wanted to share.

First, Im fine, but dehydrations is a real thing! Mine was a result of a reaction to medication that resulted in my being admitted and receiving 5 bags of IV. It was a gentle reminder that back in the day, and even still today, diarrhea can kill you!💩

In any case, I just wanted to send a personal heartfelt thank you to Kay at Nurseinthefamily for advocating for me at the hospital! She made sense of all of the medical jargon and helped me make decisions that were appropriate for my situation. I can’t tell you how comforting it was to KNOW that I had someone on my side and I’m forever grateful!!

I highly recommend Kay will attach the business card for anyone who may be in need❤️

And this is what happens when you allow social media to overwhelm you! You end up posting something late that should’ve been posted a week ago😡 In any case, we are going to have a great time tomorrow so come out and see the amazing Dr Emily Splichal and the perennial TRU coach Lisa Pozzoni! Sole Sports Gilbert will be hosting this event and if you know anything about this local company, their entire staff for runners and super knowledgeable!

Spring is such a wonderful time of year. It inspires the runner in all of us. But not everyone is able to whether that’s from a past injury, or possibly you think that your age is a reason not to. There are ways to get back into running and then there is the ChiRunning practice of running and keeping injury-free. We hope this new blog post inspires you to get out there.
