COVID-19 has created a great deal of concern and uncertainty, and we want to reassure our customers that your platforms and ongoing training development services remains our top priority. We are fully operational and committed to being responsive to your business continuity needs as this situation evolves.

We are monitoring guidance from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other public health organizations and have moved to a remote model of working and have restricted travel for our team members. We have taken steps to ensure continuity in service and product delivery. Our secure remote working practices are enabling our staff to communicate and collaborate with you regardless of location, while preserving our existing security and operational controls.

It is business as usual. We will continue to serve those of you who rely on us to help manage your LMS platforms. We continue to have a distributed team in place, and have strengthened those efforts, to provide you with the coverage you expect while continuing to protect the confidentiality of your data.

Even while limiting travel and operating remotely, we will continue to deliver course development services. Most of our course development services are already being delivered remotely - with high quality and efficacy, through teleconferencing, virtual imaging, and remote access tools. If there is any change to an engagement, we will contact you directly to discuss options.

𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘒 – 12 𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴

Our instructional designers are currently developing free resources to help K – 12 teachers, transition their courses online. We are also available to provide consultations and custom solutions to assist clients in this regard.
