Did you know that statistics show that 1 in 3 women may be attacked in their lifetime. With that being stated, it’s extra important to learn strategies and techniques to defend yourself against potential attacks from strangers and non-strangers. We have an exciting opportunity available this coming Saturday, October 28th for all of the women in our OSA School Community. You’re invited to participate in Women Empowered, a free women’s self-defense seminar taking place from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Chandler.
