We are very excited to watch all 4 of our NPPA fellows grow throughout this year! Our critical care fellows are starting their first month in the ICU this week - wish them luck!!

Meet Hailey, one of our Hospitalist Track fellows!

Our fellows did an “ICU Escape Room” in the sim center to conclude their didactic bootcamp week - they all escaped! 🎉

One really unique aspect of our APP fellowships at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is that all of our fellowships start at the same time every academic year (in October!). This allows us to have an orientation week for all of our NPPA fellows together, so they can get to know each other and network in addition to their onboarding. This creates a really nice sense of community right from the start! We also have all the fellows back together quarterly for professional development half days.
