Congratulations to the November Arizona PTA Teacher of the Month, Douglas Middlebrooks from West Point Elementary PTSA. "We are nominating them because of their continued support to the students, staff, school, and ptsa. They come to every ptsa event and meeting to show support and help with anything asked of them. They put in their time and own hard earned money to make sure students have fun and exciting activities to do in their classroom. They have a heart of gold any time a child is in need they offer to help. Every year they help tremendously with every event especially our angel tree they make sure every child in need has a gift under the tree. Each morning they go above and beyond to make sure every person they see is greeted with a smiling face to start their day. Without them our school wouldn't be the same, every student is always so happy to see them. If anyone deserves recognition for their dedication to the school and our students it's them."

Congratulations to the Arizona PTA October Teacher of the Month from Stetson Hills PTSA Members Group Jessica McAllister. Jessica McAllister definitely puts the T in PTA. Jessica is currently serving on our PTSA executive board as secretary as well as teaching science to over a hundred seventh graders. Jessica's exceptional wit and humor endear her to both students and staff. She brings her lively and energetic personality into the classroom where she shows her students the wonder of science. Jessica is frequently seeking out ways to make science come alive by using her own funds to create hands on experiments for class. She engages students with humor and caring, making her a favorite among the students. Jessica is our tireless advocate amongst the students and staff and heads up our Student Engagement Committee working to bring students together with the PTSA.
