Working on the development of gross motor skills is every bit as important as the development of fine motor skills. Baby yoga is an excellent way to encourage movement such as rolling, crawling & stretching! 🧘🏼‍♂️🐑🌿🤍🧘🏽‍♀️

This position would best fit someone who is looking for the opportunity to grow, work with a collaborative team & show initiative, a strong commitment to growth, both personally & professionally & possess knowledge of the position.

Must meet the AZDHS Requirements for position as follows:
* Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
* High School Diploma or GED
* Current (or willingness to obtain) CPR & First Aid Certification, TB Test, Covid Vaccination
* 6 months previous experience in a licensed facility preferred

We're BUGGIN' OUT this week! 🐛🐞🐝🦋
Big bugs, little bugs, scary bugs, LOVE bugs...and the beloved itsy-bitsy spider 🕷, of course! 🐑🌿🤍

Everybody's just living their best lives! Music, bubbles, sunshine, painting, strolling, sensory projects, reading....all before nap time. Being an L&I baby is pretty awesome 🥰🐑🌿🤍

The magnitude of gratitude cannot be extended without giving the HEROES of this story a SHOUT OUT!! They are in the shadows of most of our pictures but they're running everything you see! The arms around the babies? Theirs. The hands in the backgrounds of the photos belong to the amazing women who do the incredible job of caring, nurturing, teaching, holding, rocking, feeding, snuggling, soothing, swaddling, singing, reading, creating, cleaning & protecting each one of our babies. And without them, people can't go to work so yeah....they're kind of a BIG DEAL!! We could write a BOOK about each of them individually. They would Blow. Your. Mind. 🤯

Their jobs are HARD in every sense of the word - it requires patience, education, compassion, kindness, adaptability, complex problem-solving, physical & mental strength.......the list could go on & on & on!

Covid has brought an additional element into their jobs, as it has for most of us. They care for our most vulnerable community members, after all. Babies aren't vaccinated & they can't wear masks but our teachers show up day after day, at risk of exposure! Without these amazing ladies, it doesn't work. They make the commitment to care for our families & THEY DELIVER! We are SOOOO blessed, fortunate & lucky to have them on &I 🐑🌿🤍

If you haven't ever really thought about what a day in the life of an infant care provider is like, we challenge you to give it a try!

This week has been really challenging. Covid has asked a lot of us all this week and honestly, at times, it felt insurmountable & overwhelming but something amazing happened. EVERYONE SHOWED UP. You all were so supportive & kind & we appreciate YOU ❤ SO MUCH! We hope this was the worst of it & we can continue to move forward, hiccup-free but we are thankful for the grace you've shown. Thank you for supporting our small business, big dreams & little babies 🤍🐑🌿🤍
