I remember someone saying to me. There are 3 kinds of person,
Someone who makes things happen
Someone who don’t even care
Someone who doesn't have any idea what is going on.

As an entrepreneur, you should be able to do number one. As making things happen is what an entrepreneur does! For every starting business, this is one of the obstacles being encountered. But having a business is all about taking risks and figuring out how things happen.

You should be able to make things happen as this will measure your capabality, resourcefulness, and intelligence.

1. To have an ability to accept and address self doubt is one of the greatest characteristics of an entrepreneur. Success comes when you are able to control your own thoughts and push yourself to turn failures and disappointments into opportunities. To control your own mind and to set it that you can conquer everything when you believe in yourself.

2. Every entrepreneur should be able to take on responsibility for any outcome that will arise from his/her established business. Even when the circumstances are completely out of control, a good entrepreneur should be able to create a solution instead of giving excuses and escape from any difficulties. Accountability builds up integrity, and integrity is what a client looks into every business they would like to venture on.

3. Resilience means that one’s ability to bounce back from any failure and disappointment. To endure and not easily give up to any problem that arises and stand up stronger than before. This characteristic inspires your subordinates as well as serves as a reminder that it is okay to fall, as long as you know how to get back up.

4. An entrepreneur should be able to go with the flow of this fast paced era. An entrepreneur should not be afraid to experiment on new things. It’s either to improve or create an entirely different product that suits the situation everyone has been undergoing.

Before anything else, you have to believe in yourself first before taking your foot forward. No one will greatly believe in what you can do and how far you can go but yourself. You know yourself better than anyone else.

You can never start something if you don't trust yourself. So before anyone else, you have to cheer for yourself first and everything will follow. Be great for yourself. Grow for yourself.

It is really true that if you want something, then work for it. If you’re really really lucky, your dreams or goals just come in an instant. But 99.9% of the time, it won’t.

You will just be stuck in the same place if you do not step your foot forward. Go to where you want to be, soon enough you will make it there.

When we are recharged, we become more effective. Our performance improves and creates better decisions.

Sleeping is an important part of success. This triggers our decision making skills as well as our physical performance on our tasks.

Give yourself a break! Recharge, and get some sleep!

Success is not a one way road. One day you’ll get into the tracks of the others, and with that you should be able to learn. Learn how they view and see things, because from this you’ll be able to fully understand how the world truly goes not only from your view, but also from the sight of others.

Success consists of bumpy roads, ups, and downs.

Remember that there’s no straight path towards success. It’s hard but it will be worth it!

Becoming is when you decide to go beyond what you are and what you can do. It is the ability to grow and develop one’s self to reach a certain goal.

When we choose to become static and be content with what’s being is just like restricting the parts of ourselves that could stretch and become more than itself.

Life is always an endless growth of oneself. It will always boil down to what you will choose for yourself. Would you like to be better than you were yesterday, or would you rather be in a permanent state doing what you just know over and over again?

It’s all up to you. To take the challenge, or to let it just be?

The 4-hour rule gives us the chance to be able to master a skill or a specific task that will eventually benefit us to take on the following tasks faster and efficiently.

This rule requires a lot of commitment, therefore, you'll have to learn how to prioritize. And if time does not permit a solid 4 hours straight, you can always break it up to 2 hour sets - 2 hours of undivided attention in the morning, and 2 hours undivided focus at night or afternoon.

This concept isn’t a bad idea at all, it will greatly improve how you do things and might as well change the entirety of your being. However, not everyone can dedicate a solid 4 hours of their day just focusing on a high level of learning on one task.

You may also try tweaking the rule but sticking to the concept of dedicating high focus for a certain period of time for a whole day.

What are your thoughts about the 4-hour rule? Let me know!

The 2 minute rule was made by David Allen, in which it says that, “If you determine an action can be done in 2 minutes, you should do it right then because it will take longer to organize and review it then it would to actually finish it the first time you notice it.”

Well, this is absolutely true, as you clear up on the list those that are easier to be done, you lessen the clutter on your schedule. More importantly, it lessens procrastination! Because you are actually doing your tasks, no more laters!

What do you think about this rule? Let me know in the comments below!
