It's this Saturday!!!! Come join us on August 22nd for Boont Tribe's final Farm to Table dinner of the summer! Chef Scott Baird will be cooking up an amazing feast with local pasture raised spring lamb and wild caught Blue Fin Tuna! Here is the Provęcal menu:

Bresaola, Pennyroyal lychee, plums, black olive drizzle, on toast

Local Bluefin Tuna carpaccio and crudo

Chilled tomato consomme with cherry tomatoes and lemon verbena

Grape vine grilled lamband ratatouille stew with herb salad

Strawberry and rose geranium clafoutis

This amazing dinner will be hosted by Stoney Bottom in downtown Boonville. Guests will sit at one long table in their beautiful garden with local wine served along with the meal. Dinner is an amazing price at $120 per guest! A steal for this unforgettable evening! As usual, all proceeds will go toward the scholarship fund at Boont Tirbe Communty School. Hello Community!!

We're at it again! Our second summer dinner is coming up on August 22nd! This dinner will be hosted by Stoney Bottom Garden and Cottages in downtown Boonville. Scott Baird will again be the amazing chef de jour.

As always, these dinners are fundraisers for Boont Tribe Community School's Scholarship fund. Our dinner on July 12th had a fundraising goal of $3000. We surpassed that goal with 26 guests at dinner! This time around, we have a goal of $3500! Help us reach that goal!

Everything involving these dinners is donated to enable to highest profit margin for the scholarship fund: the location, Scott and his cooking, the people who serve, and the food served! I spent a total of $300 on the last dinner and that included a new table, chairs, and food!

We already have a donation of fresh pasture raised spring lamb for the August dinner. I myself can't wait to see what Scott creates with it!

$3500 would sponsor 6 students to attend in the fall! Your four course dinner at our long farm table in the garden is a steal at $120 per person. Our July dinner was a huge success with most guests expressing interest in coming on August 22nd, so we expect them to go fast! Get your tickets today!

Tuition Scholarship Fundraiser

Hello valley people!!! Boont Tribe is looking for empty plastic containers, like mayonnaise jars. Students will be putting together time capsules and need a non-breakable large mouth container with a screw top! We will need 13 of them! Please let me know if you have any! You can drop them off at the school, or Boont Berry with my name on them! Thank you! Photo for reference!!

Sunday July 12th!
Most of you know Scott Baird of Jumbo's burger joint in Philo....well, did you know he can also cook other things?!
Here is the menu for our fundraising farm to table dinner!

Small bites: Squash ribbons with mint, tarragon, lemon, and salt
Salad: Tomato, pea, and bread salad
Main: Black Cod with olive tapenade (plan b-roasted pork) in case the fish don't come in on time!
Dessert: Flourless chocolate cake with fresh berries

A wonderful farm to table experience in the Mendocino Lavender and Pollinator Garden at Foursight Winery in downtown Boonville. This meal will be curated by Scott Baird from the available local organic Farm Fare. The menu will be announced 2 weeks before the event. Local wine will be paired with each of the three courses.
This amazing dinner is a fundraiser for Boont Tribe Community School's scholarship fund. Our small school is entirely tuition funded, which can place a burden on some families. We want our school to be an option for all who are interested, reguardless of financial circumstances. So, fundraisers like these really go a long way in supporting those families in need!
This event will be on the evening of Sunday July 12th at 6pm. There are only 30 seats available for this intimate affair. Tickets are a steal at $120 per person!

Anyone have a yard umbrella laying around that they’re no longer using?! We had to take our amazing bay tree down over the summer and as we get farther into spring we are realizing that it would be great have some shade over our table in the yard!! Happy to pick it up! Thank you!!

Almost New Play Structure For Sale!!!!!!!
Purchased and assembled in August. We LOVE it, but have been told we have to take it down. We are a commerical facility and the structure is rated residential. We are devistated! We need to sell this structure to purchase something new for our school yard! $3500 brand new. Will disassemble and deliver for $300 ($400 outside of Mendocino County). Please share! Our students need something new to play on!!!

We aim to give fun experiences or great deals on wonderful things in our fundraisers! Check out our paint and sip this weekend! Eat and drink amazing local food and wine, all while learning a new style of art from a local artist! All for $75 and all proceeds go to our scholarship fund! Check out the details on the poster! We will be doing Neurographic Art with Susan Spencer! I am tryly excited to complete this meditative piece of art while having a delicous evening full wonderful local food and wine!
