Ethos Jiu-Jitsu Collective made its tournament debut this weekend at Grappling Industries.

Our Kids & Teens team earned 1st place overall, and we’re incredibly proud of our kiddos.

Tournament days are long. There are nerves, tough matches, happy tears, disappointed tears, long waits, quick turnarounds, and a lot of learning packed into a single day. Through it all, our kids kept encouraging one another and giving their best, win or lose.

Congratulations to our Little Lions and Mat Monsters, and thank you to our parents for another weekend of early mornings, long drives, and endless encouragement, and to our coaches for everything they invest in these kids week after week.

Meet Ethos Jiu-Jitsu Collective.

Same owners.
Same coaches.
Same community.
New name.

Over the past several years we’ve built something we’re incredibly proud of, and it felt like it was time for a name that reflected who we’ve become.

Ethos is about the character of a place. It’s the standards you keep, the way you treat people, and the culture you create when no one’s keeping score.

That’s what we’ve been building since 2019. Our name has changed. Everything that matters hasn’t.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who’s been a part of our story so far. Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and helping make this place what it is. We’re excited for everything that’s ahead.

What a weekend 💛

Congratulations to all of our kids who earned new stripes and belts at our latest belt test.

A special congratulations to our very first yellow belt. He’s been with us since the early days, back when our academy was just a tiny room with big dreams. Watching him grow alongside our gym has been pretty special.

So proud of every one of these kids. We loved celebrating with you!

A huge thank you to for hosting another incredible tournament. They always work hard to create a positive experience for the kids, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to compete alongside so many great teams.

So many great matches, lots of lessons learned, and a lot of fun along the way.

We even managed to take home the Pack the Mat Award thanks to all of the families who showed up and supported.
