I’m posting this on behalf of my employer.
His business is currently expanding, and we are looking for motivated Virtual Assistants who are willing to learn, grow, and take on real responsibilities after being trained.
I want to share this because I used to be exactly like many of you here.
No experience.
No confidence.
No idea what a Virtual Assistant even did.
But at the end of our very first conversation, he offered me a chance.
The chance to become an Executive Virtual Assistant.
It wasn’t easy at first.
My communication skills were weak (English was NOT my strength, hahaha 🤣).
Every day I struggled to express myself.
I used hand gestures, facial expressions, anything to get my message across.
He would patiently guess what I meant until we understood each other.
But because of his patience and belief in me…
I grew.
I learned.
I became confident.
And I became the best version of myself while earning and supporting my family.
Now, I want to pass that opportunity forward.
If someone out there is like I was.
Curious, hungry to learn, wanting a chance.
