Waterplay is one of our most popular activities at Robin’s Nest, and today our children got to see how oil and water inter during their water play session! Today are awesome children learned all about Ramadan and the Eid celebration which marks the end of a month of fasting, charity, reflection and focused prayer. Learning all about the Chinese new year at Robin’s Nest! We read a story about the Chinese new year, learned how to count to five in Mandarin, and how to wish someone a happy new year by learning a traditional Chinese New Year greeting! We rounded out the fun by having the children create their own masks to commemorate The Year of The Horse!

Pop up Playhouse Fun! Last week our sensory- loving preschoolers had a blast playing outside and inside of the pop-up Playhouse bus! They enjoyed creative sensory experiences using multicolored grains of rice, and put our fine motor skills to use by making beautiful works of art in the art center! It's tasty Tuesday at Robin’s Nest! Our kids are exercising their math and fine motor skills by making mini apple pies! We took our dramatic play to another level of fun today by creating an Indoor Ice Skating Rink!
