Interfaith Vigil for Palestinian Martyrs Philadelphia, May 28 -- A ceasefire does not bring back the dead. Despite intermittent rain, around 75 people of diverse faiths and atheists mourned the martyrs this Friday in an interfaith vigil, building a memorial, and committing to working towards justice in their names. Tomorrow is the national action event for Palestine happening in Washington, D.C.! If anyone in the Philadelphia area would like to attend but needs a ride, Al Aqsa Islamic Center in Kensington/Fishtown has two shuttle buses departing at 10am tomorrow.
