As this very bizarre year comes to an end I am finding the need to replace one of our board members that is leaving.
We have a treasurer position available.
The treasurer is responsible for the movement of all monies.
Required to have account balance and other answers about the account available on demand.
Provide the monetary part of budgeting.
Maintain the books and provide receipts.
Works very closely with the president with regards to monies coming in and going out.
In general they must commit to a schedule and attend events. They must be available and present at all board and general Assembly meetings.
They need to be available to help out at school during and after school hours.
The reward is being able to provide the school, students, and staff : fun events, needed equipment, and financial help. We provide as much help to our school as we can and we have fun doing it.

Because of this weird situation we are in we are making this a board vote after a zoom interview of each candidate.

We rescheduled the skating party to May 7

The Beef & Beer that was scheduled for April 17 has been cancelled

Our Home & School meeting that was originally scheduled for Thursday March 19 will be cancelled. Our next and final meeting will be May 14th.
