Now granted, half of them were probably just hanging around for the Modest Mouse show next door, but never let the truth get in the way of a braggy social media post.

Plus, enough of them came to pregame the concert with us that I can check off "Opened for Modest Mouse" from my Quizzo bucket list.

As I have once again been reminded by the boss, no one wants to read my paragraphs on Instagram, so I'll briefly share that pizza was enjoyed, friendships were forged, and fun was had.

First off, an apology to everyone at the bar who saw me walk into the room last night and excitedly assumed we'd be playing Quizzo. That was a tease.

There was a game in town, but ya had to be on the list to play LunchMoney Quizzo last night!

Thanks to the staff at Merrill Lynch for not only inviting me to host your happy hour social, but for bringing a ton of energy and excitement to the game. I really enjoyed being the fly on the wall observing your cross-table, inter-office trash talk.

Nothing brings out the competitive spirit like knowing you'll have bragging rights over your coworkers for the next week.

Gotta take a moment and thank the wonderful staff at Coldwell Banker for inviting us to host their office happy hour last week.

It was a fun and educational event.

For example, I learned that Coldwell Banker is NOT a bank, you learned that a Combo is both a delicious cylindrical snack AND a feared video game maneuver, and we all learned we can still mamage to enjoy a fun evening while the Phillies choke away a beautiful summer and make us want to curl into a ball and cry.
