Today, our July IAPS students celebrated an incredible end to their ELP experience! They proudly presented their projects and reflected on everything they’ve learned during the EduBlog Showcase. We also wrapped up the session with our Farewell Party, celebrating the friendships, growth, and memories made along the way. Thank you for being part of our community. We’ve had some toasty summer days, so our students cooled off with our Mocktail Lab activity! They got creative mixing a variety of sodas, juices, and syrups to create their own refreshing mocktails.🍹

Penn English Language Programs staff, Dr. Sarah Arva Grosik, Director of Programs, and John Cotton, Associate Director of Operations and Staff Development, recently presented at the English Language Teaching (ELT) Professionals Conference and Networking at Penn State University. In their presentation, “We’re going to run out of blue books soon: Using Generative AI as a Creative Partner in the ESL Classroom,” they shared a multimodal ESL project that allowed students to use AI as a creative partner in their language learning.
