Memphis Street Academy Charter School Trustee, Sandra Farmer, has spent her career at the intersection of education and employment, helping individuals find real pathways to real opportunity. As Senior Director with the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation, she brings that same commitment to her work with APS, ensuring our scholars graduate with the skills, awareness, and direction they need to thrive in today's workforce.

Memphis Street Academy Charter School will host a Neighborhood Community Action Center Pop-Up on March 26 from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, providing local residents with access to important city services right in their own neighborhood.

This initiative is part of the City of Philadelphia’s effort to make government more accessible, connecting community members with resources, support, and solutions without the need to travel far from home.

By bringing these services directly into the community, events like this help address everyday needs more efficiently while strengthening connections between residents and the city. This effort also reflects American Paradigm Schools’ commitment to fostering a caring school community by supporting students, families, and the broader neighborhood.
