Artemis Pack

The Magical Life is a monthly group that will lift your spirits and light your way on a path of magic. In January we will explore the craft of making rose beads (out of actual rose petals!!). This group is a perfect place to take a breath from the daily grind, relax into a guided meditation that will deepen your spiritual practice, and connect with other magic-makers.

Who is this group for?

All genders are welcome!

Content is appropriate for ages 16+

Will it be recorded?

I will record and share the activity parts of the group, so that participants can access the resources after the gathering. However, the intention of this group is to create a synchronous community. If you are planning to register, please do your very best to join live! I am trying to create a space that feels vibrant and participatory, and that means your presence is so important.

Hi Friends! I'm teaching a short, sweet, workshop this Sunday! If you've ever wanted to bring some magical, earth-based, witchy traditions into your winter holidays, this is a workshop for you! I'll share songs, stories, and activities that bring meaning and beauty and joy that are easy to incorporate into your celebrations. Perfect for parents/caregivers with kids under age 12 🙂

Embark on an adventure exploring magical arts! Do you love potions, spells, magical crafts and friendly kids? Then you've come to the right place! Artemis Pack Online is a weekly zoom group for girls and non-binary kids ages 7-12. Each session is 6 weeks long, and includes a gorgeous materials kit shipped right to your door. During our meetings, participants head into breakout rooms with similar-aged peers and a super amazing facilitator. The small group cohort and their teacher stay together all year, and form remarkable bonds of friendship.

Winter solstice is almost here! The stories we tell about our holidays matter- they are the meaning and substance that flow beneath the rituals.

When I was a teenager, a beloved teacher gave me a cassette tape by Shekkhina Mountainwater, a Jewish/witch writer and teacher, revisioning the story of the sacred child born on winter solstice. I was inspired to tell my own version of this story and thought I’d share it with you all.

This is a story you can read to your children. Or you can take in the message for yourself. It is a story of welcoming miracles and feeling hope, even in a world that is burdened by struggles.

This star child in this story is a shapeshifter/magic being who sometimes appears as a girl, sometimes a boy, sometimes a non-binary child, sometimes a different kind of being altogether.

Forever inspired by the “Doe, a Deer, a Female Reindeer” blog by where she shared incredible research on the mother goddess origins of Santa’s reindeer. Since Artemis Pack has a deep relationship with the magic of Deer, we make an annual tradition of reading the blog. This year we also made some winter candle jars with deer and winter themes!

Artemis Pack tarot time!

Wrapping up water magic by learning the tarot suit of cups. First we explored the meanings of each card. Then we did readings in pairs. We aligned our magic with the dark moon and asked “what emotions are ready for release? What emotions are ready to grow?”
