UPenn Intercultural Greek Council The IGC is the umbrella organization for the historically African American, Latino and Asian Greek letter organizations at the University of Pennsylvania.

"Individually unique, together Greek." The Intercultural Greek Council (IGC) is the umbrella organization that governs the Historically African-American, Latino and Latina, and Asian Greek letter organizations at the University of Pennsylvania. The Council serves as the governing body of those organizations whose sole purpose is to promote community service, social activities, co-sponsor educational and cultural forums, and promote awareness through its involvement in the Penn and Philadelphia communities. The IGC helps to serve as a liaison to both the larger Greek community and the University as whole.
