SLA needs parents to help with a blood drive.

We will be hosting a blood drive on April 20, 2022, 8:30AM to 1:30PM in the gym. We are looking for support to give blood and also support by volunteering. Student volunteers are ready. However, additional volunteers are needed to help promote, recruit donors, set up, greet, serve refreshments, and clean up.

The drive is targeting recruitment of African-American donors to donate blood directed to persons diagnosed with Sickle Cell anemia but all are welcome.
