Harcum College at OBR an off-site campus of Harcum College offering evening classes in Human Services, Business Management, Early Childhood Education, and Criminal Justice.

Harcum College @ One Bright Ray is an off-site campus of Harcum College. We offer evening classes two nights per week to earn an Associates Degree in the following majors: -Business Management-Law & Justice-Early Childhood Education-Human ServicesAll students receive a Harcum College community grant to attend classes at our site and additional grants and loans are available to student who qualify

and complete the FAFSA. If you are interested in enrolling, please call 267-602-8881 to set up an enrollment appointment.
