First organizational meeting of the Lawncrest Community Garden 2026 season will be March 21st at 10:30 am in the meeting room at Lawncrest Library. After the upcoming year is discussed we will head over to the garden.

We are a group of residents in the Lawncrest neighborhood who have initiated and built the Lawncrest Community Garden.
Our goal is to strengthen community relationships through gardening, education, and social enrichment.

We’re cutting the ribbon at Lawncrest Library! 🎉
Join us with the Free Library of Philadelphia, Councilman Anthony Phillips, Rep. Anthony Bellmon, Senator Sharif Street and the Lawncrest community to celebrate this $4.5 million renovation. This project features new floors, windows, lighting, HVAC, an upgraded computer center, and more!
