looks are everything in this industry, a big part of being a successful Esthetician is carrying yourself like one, one of the easiest ways to clean up your look with minimal effort is a great brow! Once you’ve mastered perfecting your brows, it’ll be so much easier for you to do the same for others! This exercise allows students to see exactly where they may need to change things up in order to deliver the perfect brow. All Estheticians aren’t brow specialist so free handing is a great way to assess your skills for improvement.

One of the heaviest responsibilities of being a beautypreneur is multitasking; owning a salon is just one brick that builds the house. Get organized.

I recently had to reconnect with some clients of mine so that they didn’t feel passed off as my salon & team grows; it is impossible for me to remain a service provider & do what needs to be done to scale. Especially when your business is in the rapid growth stage.

If you’re jumping into entrepreneurship for autonomy you’ll stay in entrepreneurship for what you can do with that autonomy! Being an entrepreneur, definitely activates a sense of ADHD within you and finding a balance is your best friend because on the other side of that is organization, contentment, better decision-making, strong & sensible boundaries, no burning out, elite problem-solving, and I’m sure there’s so many more benefits!
