Nurturing You Learning Center NYLC is a safe, quality, professional in home child care facility servicing children ages 6 weeks - school age. We serve children ages six weeks to school age.

Nurturing You Learning Center was first founded in 2011. NYLC is an early childhood nurturing and educational daycare home that offers a personal and intimate childcare experience. NYLC is a licensed facility developed to serve lower income families who believe that they can’t afford a well-balanced, full serviced childcare experience without the large price tag attached. NYLC will provide care in a setting that is safe, healthy, nurturing, and responsive for each individual child. NYLC has been designed to work within each child’s comfort zone to ensure social, emotional and educational skills to guarantee their maximum capabilities by always creating a child/parent/provider relationship at all times! How many times a day do you say “good job!” to your child? Probably a lot! If they're in school, they likely also hear it from their teachers.

Try encouraging your child with praises other than “good job". This can help to show your appreciation for specific actions, which helps children repeat these actions in the future.

No matter how you do it, try to encourage them throughout the day in different ways! ⭐
