Black Students and Alumni of Fels
BSAF is a collaboration amongst current Black Students, alumni, and the Fels Administration for the purpose of advancing the interests of Black Students.
At University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government, we've been educating students committed to making a difference in the world for 75 years. BSAF is an integral part of this legacy. We provide a variety of programming and opportunities for engagement within the Penn and the greater public administration community. BSAF offers various resources to current students and alumni, while creating a supportive and collegial environment.
