West Catholic alum gifts school with $2.7 million endowment Bernie Rondolone, a 1965 graduate of the venerable high school, is applying lessons he learned there by creating a scholarship fund that will allow dozens of students to attend for free.

One-of-a-kind program at archdiocesan school transforms kids’ vision At St. Lucy School in Philadelphia, children with cortical visual impairment (CVI) are receiving the region's only full-time CVI instruction, thanks to a grant from the Ambassador's Fund for Catholic Education.

We are incredibly grateful to have known Sr. Maureen, and to have seen her do incredible work in our schools. Her leadership and legacy will long leave an impact for our students. We join our schools, students, and colleagues in prayer for her soul, and gratitude for her life's work, educating the students in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
