Join us for a lovely afternoon of printmaking, history and revolution! The Arts League and Mural Arts are partnering up for three Printmaking for the People workshops— don’t miss out!

Every Friday in May (starting 5/9) The Arts League and will be hosting movie screenings of VHS classics played on an actual VCR! And yes we have lost the remote so get ready to stand up and hold the rewind button!
This is a “fun”raiser so free or if you wanna donate that’s welcome, and byo snacks, sip, bean bag chairs!

Doors open at 6pm, movie starts at 6:30 and you do NOT want to miss the FBI warning.

Our April exhibition is getting set up this week and we can’t wait! Join us Friday, April 4th 6-8pm for an opening reception of exhibit ‘We’ and stop by all of April to visit!

We are so excited to share with you all a new event happening in arts after-school program!! Introducing SPRING BREAK CAMP WEEK taking place on Monday April 14, 2025 - Friday April 18, 2025. In this camp we are inviting all west philly elementary school students from grades Kindergarten - 5th grade for a week of art!!

Spring Break Camp will run from 8am-6pm at our facility at 4226 Spruce Street and each day will feature different mediums of art including visual arts, fiber arts, performing arts and sculpture. Each day students will work on art projects through the lenses of different wacky themes. We are getting ready for our beloved fundraiser Ice Cream Bowl! Which will be an official porchfest location on May 31st from 1-5pm. We’ll be selling incredible ceramic creations made by our pottery students and teachers and FREE ICE CREAM will be included in your purchase! We are looking for volunteers and sponsors for this event— so if you are a purveyor of cold treats, or would like to sponsor some treats or serve some treats— contact us either via DM or [email protected].
