🌧️🌳 This week, our 2nd and 3rd graders had a wonderful rainy day adventure with Stroud Water Research at Penn Treaty Park!

Students explored the Delaware River and learned about the macroinvertebrates that live there while discussing river health, clean water, and caring for our natural environment. They even had time to enjoy the playground together!

A big thank you to Stroud Water Research and Penn Treaty Park for providing such a fun and educational experience for our students!

πŸ“Έ Throwback Thursday!

A special look back at our current 8th graders all the way back in 1st grade. It’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown over the years while remaining such an important part of the St. Laurentius family.

We love looking back on these sweet memories as they prepare for their next chapter! ✨

πŸ¦‹ Our Pre-K 4 students have loved learning about the life cycle of a caterpillar!

Over the past few weeks, they watched their caterpillars grow and transform into beautiful butterflies right before their eyes. It was an exciting hands-on way to learn about nature, growth, and change.

What a special experience for our little learners! πŸ’™

🌍✈️ Kindergarten students took a trip around the world this week while learning about famous landmarks through interactive videos, pictures, and class discussions!

To bring their learning to life, students used LEGOs to design and build their own landmarks. They then presented their creations to the class, sharing the landmark’s name, location, and why it is special or important.

We are so proud of their creativity, imagination, and confidence as they shared their amazing work! πŸ’™
