Now. . .Then
An experience that changes your life.
The Messiah College Philadelphia Campus (MCPC) is for students who want to learn about the city, experience diversity, study at Temple University for enhanced course offerings, serve in the North Philadelphia neighborhood and explore their vocation in an urban context.

New definition of "desolation"!!
Hello Alumni and Friends! Since we don't know how long this FB page will remain open, I am opening a new and separate page--not officially connected to Messiah College--managed by me and others to help all of us stay in touch after MCPC closes on June 30, 2014. Please visit the new page, named, "Philly Campus Alumni" often to share posts, pix, memories, announcements--anything that can help us stay connected. Even though MCPC will no longer exist, the MCPC family will live forever! - Freeman Miller

Hello MCPC community! We have some desks, dresses and wardrobes that we would like to donate. If you know of an organization in the Philly area that could make use of these items, please have them contact me at [email protected] or 215-769-2526 ext. 7585.
Thank you!

MCPC said goodbye to its last students today. For decades, Messiah Students have come to Philly to unexpectedly have their lives change. One can't help but be grateful for the experiences, the people, and the memories. The Lord has worked in so many great ways in Philadelphia through this program. The staff and students that have occupied this space over the years will carry on the legacy of service, love, and genuine community.
"I would not give a fig for the simplicity this side of complexity, but I would give my life for the simplicity on the other side of complexity."
- Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr.
MCPC had a way of changing people's minds about a lot of things. Whether it was a view about race, poverty, or community, MCPC made people rethink the easy choices. The faith and hope that grow out of that confusion and complexity is life changing.
