I am Holly, a Certified Reset-it Specialist and Coach. Let's embrace renewal and empower transformation together. p.s.

Join me on a transformative journey of healing and empowerment, integrating natural health practices and the Reset-it program. Welcome to my world of healing, growth, and transformation. I am a survivor, a healer, and a guide on the path to empowerment. At the tender age of 14, I faced unimaginable challenges of kidnapping and r**e, igniting a lifelong journey of self-discovery and resilience. Through my own healing process, I discovered the power of natural health and wellness, which became my guiding light since 2013. However, it was a profound loss that reshaped my purpose. The passing of my dear friend Julie, who shared in my traumatic past, propelled me towards a new calling. Today, as a Certified Reset-it Specialist and Trauma Recovery Coach, I am dedicated to helping others navigate their own paths of healing, growth, and empowerment. Join me on this transformative journey as we embrace the power of resilience and the beauty of transformation. In case you're wondering about my business name, AmBōh Essentials: It came about by combining my kids names together, Amber and Bohdi as they are my "essentials". They are the reason I began this journey, they are the reason I continue and they are the reason I will never stop.

Hey everyone... Most of you know by now that my personal original facebook profile was hacked last year, making this page impossible to manage as I have no "admin" powers any longer with my new personal profile. I have tried over and over again to be able to reclaim this page as mine, to no avail.

SO, I have made the very difficult decision to bail completely on this page and start a new one. If you will all please join me on my new page: called AmBōh Clear Path Experience https://www.facebook.com/clearpathtoinnerfreedom/

I am excited for all the new things coming! And thank you for all your continued support!

Ever notice how the self-help world feels like a never-ending game of "fix yourself or else"? 🤯 Everywhere you look, it's “Read this book!” 📚 “Buy this program!” 💸 “Get a coach!” 🧑‍🏫 “See a therapist!” 🛋️

As an (ex) self-proclaimed personal development ju**ie. I can remember the days of searching the self-help aisle, reading all the titles hoping one or three would jump out at me and I would be "fixed", all my problems would go away... thinking, “Maybe THIS one will finally make me feel like I’m enough.” Or investing in a program because a shiny ad promised me I’d finally unlock “limitless potential.” Whelp... My potential was apparently hiding behind a paywall. Who knew? 😂

But what if I told you it’s all a bunch of 💩? Seriously. You don’t need another guru, book, therapist, or coach to tell you how to be “better.” The truth? Everything you need is already inside you. Yep, it’s been there the whole time, sneaking snacks when nobody’s looking- just like you did as a carefree kid before the world started piling on expectations. 🍪✨

The real magic happens when you learn to quiet all that mental noise and just be present. Remember the days when your biggest worry was which crayon to use next? That version of you is still in there- untouched by society’s “shoulds.”

Ready to ditch the noise and reconnect with the real you? 👇 Book a time on my calendar and let’s chat!

Let’s get real: mental noise isn’t just annoying- it’s downright exhausting. You might look like you’ve got it all together on the outside, but inside, you’re carrying a tangled ball of thoughts, worries, and “what ifs” that never seem to unravel.

Eventually, that invisible baggage weighs you down, stealing your focus, energy, and joy.

Reset-it is designed to tackle this head-on. In just two 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn how to cut through the noise, let go of mental clutter, and finally make room for peace. Imagine moving through your day with a clear mind and a light heart- no more carrying invisible baggage from meeting to meeting (or room to room).

Ready to lighten your load and get back to feeling like YOU? Book a free conversation call and let’s reset your mind together.

Moms- let’s be honest, you’re basically running a 24/7 operation: chef, project manager, therapist, and master of lost socks. Even with all that, you still wonder if you’re doing enough. You hold everything (and everyone) together, but who’s there to help you hold yourself together?

I get it, I have been there, hell some moments I still am! The Reset-it Ecosystem approach is about giving you a practical way to set down the mental load and reconnect with your own sense of calm and capability on your time.

You’ll learn science-backed techniques to quickly reset your subconscious mind, letting go of guilt, overwhelm, and that nagging feeling of never quite measuring up. Imagine being able to show up for your family as your best (not just your busiest) self.

Take a moment for YOU- book a free conversation call and discover how Reset-it can help you feel like yourself again, without the mental juggling act.

Ever find yourself starring in the “Midnight Mind Circus”? It’s 2am, your brain’s juggling regrets from yesterday, tomorrow’s to-do lists, and a surprise cameo from that awkward thing you said three years ago.

Fun, right? If your brain treats bedtime like a brainstorming session, you’re in good company.

Wish you could just hit pause?

Ready to reclaim your sleep? Book a free conversation call and let’s talk about resetting the mental circus.

Why Reset-it Basic Training is Your Essential Gateway to Our Ecosystem
Prerequisites: Must have completed Reset-it Basic Training to join our ecosystem
This isn't just a rule – it's the foundation that makes everything else possible.
Here's Why Living the Experience First Changes Everything:
🧠 You Understand the Methodology from the Inside Out
When you've personally experienced the Neuro Quantum Experience through your two 90-minute basic training sessions, you know exactly what it feels like to reset decades of programming in real-time. You're not just learning about transformation – you've lived it.
🔄 You Speak the Language of Reset
Our ecosystem labs dive deep into specific programming patterns. Without experiencing your own reset first, concepts like "programming," "conditioning," and "authentic power" remain intellectual. Once you've felt your patterns dissolve and your authentic self emerge, these become lived experiences you can recognize and work with.
⚡ You Have Your Own Reference Point
Every lab builds on the foundation of knowing what it feels like when programming releases. When we explore money blocks, relationship patterns, or parenting conditioning, you can immediately recognize similar sensations from your basic training. This makes the work exponentially more powerful.
🎯 You're Ready for Advanced Work
Basic training clears your primary programming layers. Our ecosystem labs target specific, nuanced patterns that would be impossible to access if you were still operating from your original conditioning. You need that clear foundation first.
🤝 You Belong to the Community
Everyone in our ecosystem has walked the same path – they've all experienced that moment when everything shifts. This shared experience creates instant connection and understanding. You're not an outsider looking in; you're part of the transformation family.
💪 You Trust the Process
When challenging patterns surface in labs (and they will), you won't panic or resist because you've already proven to yourself that this methodology works. You've experienced the 95% success rate personally.
🌟 You Can Go Deeper, Faster
Instead of spending lab time convincing you that rapid transformation is possible, we can immediately dive into the specific programming running your money, relationships, parenting, or business decisions. The foundational work is already done.
The Bottom Line:
Our ecosystem isn't about learning transformation – it's about living it, deepening it, and applying it to every area of your life. But you can't build a house without a foundation.
Your basic training IS that foundation.
Ready to experience your reset first?
Start with Basic Training: Two 90-minute sessions that will change everything.
Then Join Our Ecosystem: Where the real magic happens.

Because transformation isn't something you think about – it's something you live.
