I've had multiple requests to share the 🦀 cake & tartar sauce recipes. Like I've always said- cooking is a feeling, use what you have on hand & all food tastes better when shared with friends and family.
Below you'll find the link for Aunt Gertie's crab cakes. I used claw meat, panko & extra heavy mayo. I cooked them in a hot oven (550°) with a little clarified butter under and on top.
You'll find the recipe for the tartar sauce in the 1st comment. I added copious amounts of parsley & dill..... and extra heavy Hellmans mayo.
