The Rainbow Room 🌈 is learning some methods to identify how the body works! Some learning methods can use music and movements with songs like “Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes” or “The Hokey Pokey”

Some discussions included
Skin: Discussing it as a protective layer and celebrating different skin tones. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾🫱🏻‍🫲🏾🫱🏾‍🫲🏿
Muscles 💪 Understanding that muscles enable movement.
Brain 🧠 Learning that the brain controls thinking and talking.
How exercise helps the body become stronger!
