Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia The Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia provides social, cultural, and community service activities for alumni of all ages in Greater Philadelphia.

Our members represent undergraduate, graduate, and professional school classes from the Old Guard through the MOST recent graduating class. This group is monitored by representatives of the Penn Club of Philadelphia. We encourage our fans and followers to post, comment and interact with others, and expect that remarks will be on-topic and respectful of the rights and opinions of others. Volunteer with Us: Share Food Program

The Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia is excited to volunteer with Share Food Program on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9AM–12PM. We'll be assisting with Warehouse Packing and/or Caravan Packing activities, helping provide food to seniors living below 130% of the poverty line and to people with disabilities.

Share's Warehouse Packing program serves more than 6,500 seniors every month, while its Caravan Packer program delivers food to over 600 recipients each week. Last year alone, Share's warehouse distributed 27 million pounds of food, reaching over 600,000 low-income Philadelphia neighbors facing food insecurity, in partnership with 505 neighborhood food cupboards.

What to Bring & Wear
Please wear closed-toed shoes and comfortable layers you don't mind getting dirty. A water bottle is also recommended.

Parking
Share's on-site parking is limited — please park in the lower lot near Restore and follow Share's posted parking signs. If the lot is full, street parking is available along Allegheny Avenue.

Join us on 9/4 at 6pm for one last celebration of Friday Nights at the Philadelphia Museum of Art! 💃

Friday Nights, 5–8:45pm: enjoy "Pay What You Wish" admission, live jazz from the James Fernando Trio, locally sourced drinks and bites, and tours to kick off your weekend in style.

We'll gather beneath the gilded statue of Diana by Saint-Gaudens (atop the Great Stair Hall steps) — or on the nearby south balcony if it's crowded — between 6–6:30pm, before wandering off together. Look for the Penn Alumni tote bag!

Join us for a public screening of The Devil Wears Prada 2 at Sunset Social on August 26!

We'll meet at 5:45pm on the south side of the tent (look for the Penn Alumni tote bag) before the movie kicks off at 6pm. Seating will likely be picnic-style, so come prepared!

Food and drinks are available for purchase at the Sunset Social roof bar.

☔ In case of inclement weather: we'll retreat to the tent, or head down to street level to The Post.
