As the Senior Director of Systems Integration for the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS), Katrina works tirelessly to strengthen collaboration, improve systems, and enhance outcomes for the individuals and communities served throughout Philadelphia. Her passion for people was evident from the moment she stepped to the podium.
