Today, we are thrilled to welcome Lyssa Wopat, M.S., CMPC, of Performentality LLC to SPB for a seminar with our Pre-Professional Program dancers.
A former professional dancer with the Georgia Ballet and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, Lyssa combines her artistic background with expertise in sport and performance psychology to help dancers build confidence, resilience, focus, and overall well-being through mental skills training. Her work empowers performers to unlock their potential both on and off the stage.
Performance coaching and mental skills training are an important part of our Health & Wellness Program, giving dancers the tools to support not only their technical growth, but also their mental and emotional wellness as artists.
