Thanks to all who auditioned! Rehearsals will start tomorrow. Please check your email for a full schedule that starts Monday 3/9, but this is the schedule for the next few days:

Wednesday: 3-6 with AXB Coop, Seby, Rysull, Jules
Thursday 3:30-4 Paolo & Weyler w/ AXB in his office, 4-6 all cast

Cape and Sword CALL BACKS
Thanks to the over 60 students who auditioned for Pirates of Penzance. The students listed below have been called back.

They are asked to please report to the theatre Tuesday 3/3 as close to 2:45 as possible (girls: just get there as soon as you can).

Students who are called back will be asked to sing and do scenes from the script. They will be sent an invite to a Google Doc with Call Back materials on Saturday 2/28 by evening.

All called back Prep students should listen (on repeat) to "Cat Like Tread" from Pirates The Penzance Musical (2025) in advance of the Call Back.

Plan to stay as late as 7:30 pm on Tuesday 3/3, but the vast majority of students will be done well before then.

Dancing will be a component of the men's call back, so bring casual clothing you can easily move in.

The cast size will be approx 25 - 28 students.

With school canceled and the building closed due to snow (and with Kairos starting Tuesday), Pirates of Penzance auditions originally scheduled for Monday 2/23 will now be virtual.

Prep students should audition virtually by emailing an audition video to [email protected] anytime before Monday, 2/23 at 6 PM.

Prepare, memorize and perform 30 to 45 seconds of any comedic song.

A Call-back list will be posted on Cape&Sword Facebook and Instagram by Tuesday 2/24 at noon.
