Now that Philadelphia has entered the yellow phase, Playworkz is planning our reopen for the week of July 6th! We are very excited to open our doors again and see our little friends.
New policies and procedures will be announced in the coming weeks to ensure we are compliant with the CDC and State guidelines. Safety of the families we serve is our top priority!

Northern Liberties daycare is seeking energetic, positive staff to help prepare our children for a bright future. The infant teacher will be responsible for creating & implementing lesson plans, implementing daily schedules, filling out daily sheets & communicating with parents via app, keeping the classroom organized & welcoming, etc. Candidates must be able to teach individually and as part of a team. All applicants must have the background clearance or should be able to obtain one.

Applicant should have attained one of the following qualification levels:
(1) A high school diploma or a general educational development certificate and 30 credit hoursfrom an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, specialeducation, elementary education or the human services field.

(2) A high school diploma or a general educational development certificate, including 600 ormore hours of secondary training

(3) A high school diploma or a general educational development certificate, 15 credit hours froman accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, specialeducation, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children.

(4) A high school diploma or a general education development certificate and completion of apost-secondary training curriculum

5) A high school diploma or a general educational development certificate and 2 yearsexperience with children.

Must have:

Clearances - FBI, PA State, Child Abuse, NSOR
Completed Health and Safety Training
(2) Non family references
Certifications:

CPR/First Aid Certified (Required within 60 days of hiring)
Teaching Certificate (Preferred)
