Daley + Jalboot Architects Inc Established in Philadelphia in 1958, Daley + Jalboot Architects provides clients with a full array of design services. Mr. Crothers retired as a partner in 1993.

Our firm has a rich history of over 50 years of providing clients with a full array of planning and design services. Founded in 1958 as Chappelle & Crothers Associates, the firm has been active in the planning, design, and realization of a wide range of institutional projects. Current partners Thomas Daley and Daniel Jalboot joined the firm of Samuel Crothers Associates in 1981. With the April 1999 move to expanded offices at 2314 Market Street the name of the firm changed to Daley + Jalboot Architects. Our firm has developed a special expertise in the arena of institutional projects. These projects represent the majority of our work and include schools, colleges, churches and museums. While our projects have been concentrated in the area of Philadelphia and its four surrounding counties, Daley + Jalboot has also provided architectural services for clients in Maine, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Kentucky and Virginia.

Hidden in the attic of the Sanctuary at Newark United Methodist Church is the signature William C. Winston, 1862, chiseled in beautiful script penmanship onto a roof rafter. Most likely he was one of the craftsmen who build the church more than 150 years ago.
