PIRC is a symposium that brings together high school students from the Greater Philadelphia area and fosters their interest International Relations.

The eighth session of the Penn International Relations Conference will be held on February 24, 2016 on Penn's Campus. PIRC's focus will be centered on Southeast Asia and the issues that pertain to that region. The conference engages students with case studies and features university speakers.
