Erin has had her prospectus and timeline for a Fall '14 Capstone Thesis green lighted. The title of Erin's study is: "Overcoming Regional Retention Issues: How Public Relations and Human Resources Managers Use Corporate Social Responsibility to Attract & Retain Talented Millennials."
Her advisor is Dr. Donnalyn Pompper.
