New plants who this? 🌱 Speaking of new beginnings...

Starting this week I’ll be teaching every Wednesday morning at 8am EST with (virtual for now).

There’s so many amazing things I could say about Three Queens Yoga 😍... The workshops, the guest teachers, the beautiful spacious studio, their commitment to inclusivity and community outreach... I’ve learned so much from this group of teachers over the years. I highly recommend their $50 community membership so you can see how wonderful and unique everyone is.

Mindful Movement is back!
Join me every Sunday in April at 10:30am EST for a virtual practice incorporating Pilates, Yoga, & Meditation.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
25 min. Pilates 💪🏽: We begin practice with low impact exercises to connect to our deep abdominal muscles and learn to utilize our breath, strength, and control.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
25 min. Yoga 🙏🏽: As we move into the yoga portion of class we start to flow by connecting our breath to movement. We have open discussions about how our practice can carry into our everyday life and breakdown an or two.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
10 min. Meditation ❤️: We close with 10 minutes of pranayama (breath work) and meditation to soak in the benefits of our physical efforts.
