Parent Demographic Updates

Dear CHAD Families,

We wanted to provide you with an update regarding COVID 19. This morning, Governor Wolf extended the order to close all public schools through the end of the 2019-2020 academic year, as defined by the local school calendar. We will be providing additional information regarding the 4th quarter mandatory expectations surrounding teaching and learning in a future communication. We will also be sending further communication regarding the next opportunity for students to receive a Chromebook. As a reminder, students should be logging in daily to their lives sessions via Google Classroom as previously indicated by their teachers. As always, if there are any general questions or concerns, please email [email protected]. For questions regarding a specific class, please email your child’s teacher.

COVID-19 Distance Learning: Resources, Information, Things to do… – Charter High School for Architecture + Design CHAD Families, Governor Wolf announced he is extending the closings of all Pennsylvania schools. All schools will remain closed through at least April 6th. This includes PA Charter Schools. In accordance with Governor Wolf’s mandatory closing, CHAD will be closed beginning March 16th to April 6th....

During COVID-19 Closure, free grab and go meals available to school children through specific locations, M-F 9am to 12pm. Some gyms and rec centers are open M-F 10am to 6pm, with a free meal at 3pm.

CHAD Families,
On Friday, March 13th, Governor Wolf announced the closings of all Pennsylvania schools. This includes PA Charter Schools. In accordance with Governor Wolf’s mandatory closing, CHAD will be closed beginning March 16th to March 27th. More information will be forthcoming regarding remote instruction.
