Any plans for Spring Break ☀️?

ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

After 17years of serving our community and educating many little learners, we have decided to retire from the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE).

As a result, Overbrook Little Learners will be closing at the end of this school year in June.

We want to send a special THANK YOU to our families and friends that have allowed us to care for your most prized possessions! We did NOT and do NOT take that task lightly! And to our staff that we’ve had throughout this journey, we could not have done it without you ❤️

At this time we are making a professional pivot. What does that mean? We still gotta work! It’s just that it will unlikely be in the field of education 😉😂😂

Grateful!
Ms. Rasheda & Ms. Tee❤️

Pennsylvania lawmakers were supposed to have a budget in place July 1. Their unwillingness to fulfill their responsibility to fund state government is disrupting many providers of early learning services.

“Day 114 without PA Budget and the Latest Version Misses the Mark: NO Funding for Child Care Teacher Recruitment & Retention

This week, the PA Senate returned to Harrisburg and passed a revised $47.9 billion budget bill, sending it back to the House. This latest version DOES NOT include the $55 million requested for a new Child Care Recruitment and Retention line item, and negotiations are ongoing. A vote could happen anytime -- please call or email your legislators today to urge them to pass a budget that includes funding for Child Care, PreK, and Early Intervention”
