The TEA Group is an organization of Consultants who place at the center of their work transformative learning... a process that evolves human consciousness, human institutions and human societies. Our work is to support and build the capacity and "response ability" of human service providers to facilitate transformative collaborative practices that embrace the fullness of human potential. We are deliberate about expending Time, Energy and Attention (towards capacity building of individuals, families, organizations and communities we service.) The goal of the work is to assist in the unleashing of the capacity of human beings to be fulfilled, happy, loving, and joyous in their life and in the work they do. Thereby allowing them to invent the possibility for themselves to transform the human condition.

We’re all seeking peace in some way.
The idea that a child can sit and be present, doesn’t matter the environment.
An awareness of being 💫
Don’t know what else is going on in that child’s life, only know that child is present right there and then.
